Enjoy the peace of mind that comes with having a seasoned attorney handle your real estate closing

Whether you are buying or selling a home, contact Nora Robshaw Law, PLLC. For every part of the process, you’ll be working directly with an attorney who has 25 years of legal experience. I will personally handle all of the legal work and provide any assistance you need along the way.

Each real estate deal is different, but they all include dealing with brokers, financial institutions, insurance agents and other attorneys. To make things run smoothly and stay on your timeframe, you will need someone to help coordinate all of these interested parties. I have successfully handled hundreds of closings for buyers and sellers in the Buffalo area.

Legal FEE

The legal fee for a basic real estate closing starts at $795. This fee is a flat rate, so you will not be "nickel and dimed.” You won’t pay anything until the day of your closing.

  • Drawing from my public and private sector legal work, I handle real estate closings with ease. This makes me uniquely qualified to handle your purchase or sale.

  • Real Estate Brokers are very helpful in navigating the residential real estate transaction process. I highly recommend using their services. However, should you find yourself on the cusp of a real estate deal without a Broker or Realtor, I certainly can assist with the contract process for an additional fee.
